FOREHAND FLIP AND SERVICE RECOGNITION
Goals:
- forehand flip
- execute and recognize topspin serve
Needed strokes:
++ serve, forehand (counter) loop
+ backhand block
Special remarks:
- player A is a left-hander. So when the 15-minute-exercises need reversing after 7.5
minutes, flip the diagram around the central vertical axis!
0 - 15 minutes Warming Up, for example doing some running exercising and
light stretching.
