BACKHAND LOOP ON UNDERSPIN AND
PLACEMENT
Goals:
- backhand loop on backspin
- looping placement
Needed strokes:
++ forehand loop
+ short serve, forehand stab, backhand and forehand block
0 - 15 minutes Warming Up, for example doing some running exercising and
light stretching.
15 - 22.5 minutes - warming up the forehand side
