INSIDE-OUT FOREHAND LOOP AND PLACEMENT
Goals:
- inside-out forehand loop
- elbow choise of loop
Needed strokes:
++ forehand and backhand loop and block
+ footwork, serve, forehand stab
0 - 15 minutes Warming Up, for example doing some running exercising and
light stretching.
15 - 22.5 minutes - warming up the forehand side
